Sunday Morning Pancakes!
Sunday morning pancakes are a tradition in our house, we try to keep it delicious, healthy and still fun! Here is my favorite recipe we made this morning, though I switch it up every so often.
Recipe: (Makes 12 silver dollar pancakes)
- 2 cups of Trader Joe's pancake mix (click here to see what the box looks like)
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 tbsp of oil (I had to use vegetable oil today)
- 1 banana
- A generous amount of cinnamon
- Calories: 100
- Carbs: 16 grams
- Protein: 2 grams
- Fat: 3 grams
I like topping it with fresh fruit (not calculated in the nutrition) instead of syrup. Enjoy and happy Sunday everyone!!
